An enquiry is a starting point.
Sending a brief or saving a shortlist does not create an order, reserve a piece or lock a price. Specifications, material options, quantities, delivery, payment and after-sales terms must be confirmed in a written project agreement before an order is accepted.
Natural materials and customisation
Images and catalogue descriptions cannot replace specification or sample confirmation. Suitability, dimensions, available options and applicable requirements must be reviewed for the actual project.
