Your shortlist
Your browser stores product and variant identifiers, quantities and temporary notes so your shortlist survives refreshes and language changes. Do not put confidential information in these notes. Contact details and floor plans are not saved to browser storage. Removing an item removes its local notes.
Project enquiries
When you submit with consent, your name, email, project details and selected products are stored in our PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. Product and source snapshots preserve the context of your request. A reference number confirms database receipt, not a price quotation, stock reservation or email delivery. If storage fails, the page does not confirm receipt.
Notifications and follow-up
Authorised KOVAEN team members use enquiries for project discussion and follow-up. When email notifications are configured, the email provider processes the contact and project details needed for follow-up. Notification failures are recorded separately and do not delete your enquiry. Marketing permission is optional and unchecked by default. No automated marketing subscription is currently connected.
AI and attachments
AI recommendations and file uploads are not enabled in this version. The guided selection form creates an ordinary enquiry; it does not send your brief to an AI provider.
Security and retention
Server-side checks and a hashed request-rate identifier help prevent abuse. There is no automatic deletion schedule currently implemented. Requests to access, correct or delete records are reviewed by the team; include your enquiry reference if available. Legal entity details and a formal retention schedule remain subject to confirmation before public launch.
Measurement
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure use and performance. Custom events contain page identifiers, language and counts, never contact details or free-text briefs. Custom events respect Do Not Track. A submit event is recorded only after database receipt.
